Bottle from Carrefour and drunk at home Clear gold copper colour lasting white head. Blond biere de garde aroma so some pale malt some yeast some spicy citrus hops. So far so standard. In the mouth it continues with a 6% abv blond mouthfeel and flavour. Finish has moderate bitterness from citrus spicy hops. Completely standard for this style of beer but well made and tasty enough. Solid. I happen to like this style of beer

Bottle at home in Hackney - picked up from Nicolas Wine. Pours clear yellow-gold with a fluffy, white head. Lightly sweet, notes of crispy wheat, lemon, white grape, melon, minimal yeast, hay. Light bodied with lively, massaging carbonation. Pretty clean finish. Not too complex but very easy drinking.
