courtesy of wasatch pours hazy deep orange, thin off-white head. aroma is grainy, caramel malts, chocolate, bourbon. flavor, lots of bourbon, not hindering the overall beer. Some wood/oak, dark fruits; raisins, bourbon is right where it should be, adds a nice warming finish coupled with some caramel and chocolate.

It smells of ketchup, the kind from fast food restaurants that comes in the tiny plastic packs. Pumpkin is also present, but believe me when I say it smells like ketchup. Hazy golden with floaties, thin head. Stale pumpkin flavor with a bit of nutmeg. Powdery and hairy mouthfeel. Uinta is a good brewery, but Iβm not getting the Four+ franchise. The first two Iβve had have been substandard.

Thanks to douglas88. Pours clear gold with thin white head. The aroma is faint with some acidity, hay and grains sort of lightly mixing together. The taste has a solid pulse of grains to start along with a touch of lemon and citrus like acidity. Very mild flavor and quite refreshing too.

Very faint citrus and honey aroma. Clear yellow, no head. Watery. Slight tartness. A bit of lemon peel. Very weak and disappointing. Some of the macrosβ attempts at craft are much better than this.

Courtesy of douglas88. Once waxed bomber pours clear deep garnet with thin tan head. The aroma has big oak notes moving into bourbon and sweetness along with some boozy heat. I donβt pick up much, if any, of the base barleywine here. The taste is pretty smooth with a brief pulse of sweet chewy malts and some cherry and plum notes. It then becomes very oak with full-on bourbon and booze drying things out into the finish. Lots and lots of barrel notes going on here squashing out most of the beer-y barleywine flavors.

Clear dark copper, fleeting white head. Faint spice in the aroma. Not much flavor and none of what I look for in a Pumpkin Ale. Thin.

Bottle - Amber with a a foamy head. Caramel, pine, spicy malt and grapefruit feature in the aroma. Hoppy and slightly sweet taste with grapefruit, caramel, dried fruit, spicy malt and a hint of cocoa. Enjoyable and tasty.
