The Compagnie Tourangelle de Bière, established by Karim Rafrafi and Maxime Decitre Jouveau, is a craft brewery whose ambition is to give beer back its nobility, through authentic and modern products, with non-standardized taste and an approach inspired by the world of wine (food / beer pairings, sober, refined, elegant image ...). Our belief is that the craft beer revolution will go through the table.

330ml bottle from La Coin Biere, Tours. Pours a muddy brown, small off-white head. Aroma has some musty yeasty apricot fruit. Taste similarly unclear, yeasty, smooth, soft fruits, buttery with a biscuit bitterness. Would be surprised if this was the intended result. I'm guessing some kind of infection has occurred here, unfortunately.
