Bottle - Cooked apple with a nice peel brightness. Clear gold. Bright apple, touch of acidity, viscous and a light bitter peel in the finish.

A dark golden cider with aroma of beautiful apple jam, light maple, alcohol warmth, very nice and smooth. In mouth, a beautiful complex mix of cooked apple jam, light maple, light acidity, alcohol warmth, nice and enticing. Bottle at L’autre oeil.

At home. Bottle shared by Maakun, thanks for a first taste of ice cider! Clear golden, no head. Sweet apple syrup, honey, nutmeg, moss, apple skin, light brandy boozy. Big sweet. Full body, sticky thick and oily smooth. Very low carbonation. Big long delicate sweet finish. Powerful sweet and deep aroma, very nice.

Bottle - Nice sweet cooked Apple with a bit of red peel. Clear gold with some small bubbles. Carbonation may not be seen but the ’bite’ is evident. Flavours are bolder and brighter with a sweetness and bit of skin.

Tasting at Matt’s; corked
Beautiful bright golden color. Wonderful aroma, stewed apples, a lot of acidity, mild hazelnuts. Sweet luscious, the mild carbonation adds a dynamic touch; apple syrup, rich, a bit less deep in the final.

375mL bottle, pours a clear caramel colour with a small fizzy white head that dissipates quickly. Aroma brings out loads of caramel, toffee, and lovely stewed apples. Flavour is decadent, with a great balance of green apples, caramel, toffee, and baked and stewed apples. The carbonation actually changes this in a lovely way, bringing out a crisp apple quality on the finish. Not quite as awesome as the regular Summit Selection, but certainly exquisite.

Bouteille 375ml, 2012. Couleur or translucide, infimes particules en suspension, film sur les parois du verre. Arôme de pomme fraiche, légère acidité, soupçon d?alcool, sucre d?érable, pomme cuite. Goût de pomme fraiche, pelure de pomme, sucré, pomme caramélisée, légère acidité en fin de bouche. Corps dense, sirupeux, collant.
