Small fizzy shortlasting head, clear straw colored. Aroma is slightly fresh fruity, green apples, yellow apples, grass, minerals, apple cores, flowers, hay, hints of citrus. Taste is slightly dry sour-ish grassy, apple peel, grass, minerals, apple cores, flowers, sour apples, paper, hay, bark, alcohol, hints og citrus. Medium bitterness, slightly dry sour-ish fruity mouthfeel. Nice.

The cork pops out by itself with a boom, almost leaving a mark in the roof. Nice fizzy shortlasting head, but I doubt this is supposed to be carbonated? Aroma is slightly dry sour-ish boozy, oak, sorrel, weeds, bark, alcohol, caramelized apple juice, sour pears, minerals. Taste is sweet sour-ish concentrated fruity, caramelized concentrated apple juice, sorrel, bark, apple peel, alcohol, sour pears, minerals, oak, hints of mild vinegar. Medium bitterness, slightly boozy and sweet sour-ish fruity mouthfeel. I seriously doubt this one is supposed to be like this. Still, it's somewhat good in its own way.

0,7 flaske innkjøpt hos produsenten under Fridtjofens cidertokt aug-20, og delt med Kitty, Aud og Harald på Hellvik: klar, dyp gylden med fint bruseskum. Intens aroma og smak med saftige epler, epleskall, kanel og hint av lær. Vitamininnholdet ligger diskret i bakgrunnen. En sublim cideropplevelse.

Bottle 2020 edition. Clear pale golden body with a fast disappearing white head and lively carbonation. Nice, crisp, clean apple aroma – very refreshing. Taste is clean, fresh apple as well, fine balance between sweetness and acidity. Impressive taste and body for a 4,7 %ABV cider, had a few 7-8 % ciders at the same time but this one feels most well bodied of them. Nice and refreshing.

Backlog fra Frditjofens cidertokt til Hardanger, aug-20. Ved kai i Leirvik delte vi denne 0,75 flasken innkjøpt hos produsenten. Klar lys gylden med kort bruseskum og lett perlende munnfølelse. Epler, lavendel og hint av mynte. Svakt parfymert avslutning.

330 ml bottle, vintage 2019-02, as Åkre Edel Rosésider med bringebær. Produced 07.07.20. I think I also saw bottles in another store where \"med bringebær\" was not part of the name, but I assume they just changed the label - there seems to be raspberries in all of them. ABV is 4.7%. From Coop Extra, Odda. Clear signal red colour, pours sparkling with an off-white pink-ish head. Distinct and pleasant aroma of raspberries and raspberry juice. The flavour is mid between sweet and dry, notes of apples and raspberries. Short finish.

330ml stylish bottle bought at Vinmonopolet in Honningsvåg. Noisy white head quickly disappearing over a warm golden body. Scattered lacing. Quite inviting smell of apples and apple skins. Sappy taste of apples and hints of pears. A faint, but distinctive pleasant support of liquorice-caramel on the nose and to the flavour profile. Rounded ending, mid-sweet. Pretty good. (Hotel room, Honningsvåg 01.10.2020).

Wow, masse smak og fylde og med syre og tanniner fra kirsebærene. Der du heter bra, men det blir litt erstatning for en god vin, og som. Der blir ikke god nok erstatning, men. Det er veldig godt.

Interessant sider som er temmelig fruktig og samtidig med en besnærende tørrhet. Jeg ble forelsket med en gang. Sukk.

Bottle from SPAR Kinsarvik. Clear rose wine-colored body with aggressive carbonation and a big, foamy white head that fades pretty quickly. Aroma of sour synthetic raspberry candy. Taste feels mostly like some kind of fruity soda pop with a mix of raspberry and strawberry flavor, some acidity but not much. Thin bodied and soda pop aftertaste. Not my thing at all.
