500 ml bottle, batch #072, Cardinal Pub & Bar, Stavanger. ABV is 7.5%, 30 IBU. Cloudy golden colour, huge white head. Strong aroma of Belgian ale yeast (too much), sweetish over-ripe and decaying fruits. Too much carbonation. The flavour is otherwise okay, slightly sweet, with yeasty and fruity notes, and a little hops in the finish. Less yeast in the next batch, and the beer will be better.

500 ml bottle, batch #79, Cardinal Pub & Bar, Stavanger. ABV is 7.5%, 20 IBU. Hazy golden colour, low white head. Strong aroma of flowers, honey, herbs and "kveik" (farmhouse yeast). Herbal and unusual flavour, apparently with a strong influence of the "kveik", difficult to describe accurately, medium sweet, a faint hint of smoke. Interesting, to say the least.

500 ml bottle, batch #101, Cardinal Pub & Bar, Stavanger. ABV is 6.5%, 60 IBU. Cloudy orange colour, moderate to low white head. Nice hoppy aroma with strong notes of tropical fruits, a hint of pine. Fairly soft mouthfeel, moderate carbonation, nice. The flavour is neither too sweet nor too dry, but distinctly hopped throughout, as expected from an IPA. Fruity and piney notes, bitter finish.
