In 2009 starten Thijs Maenhout en Birgit De Rammelaere met een kleine brouwerij in een voormalige bouillonfabriek tussen Tielt en Meulebeke. In 2014 verhuizen zij naar Pittem omdat de capaciteit van de brouwerij niet meer voldoende bleek. Begin 2015 draait de nieuwe brouwerij, met een capaciteit van 1200 hectoliter, op volle toeren.

Unclear, amber colored, medium white head, OK lacing. Aroma is malt, "dirty" yeast, phenolic and some lemony citrus. Taste is medium- sweet malt, fruit, quite yeasty, citrus and peppery, medium- bitterness, dry finish. Medium bodied, soft carbonation.

30/10/2015 @home - 33cl bottle Bierhalle Deconinck, Vichte. Yellow, greenish colour with nice white head. Nose is exotic fruit, bitterness, hay. Taste starts sweet, exotic fruit, especially citrus, bitter dry ending. Nice mixture of fruitiness and bitterness.

Bottle shared. Pours very hazy dark golden with a big off white head. Aroma of weedy and fruity hops, Belgian yeast and herbs. Flavour is moderate sweet and bitter. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.

Bottled@SBWF2015. Amber colour, small white head. Aroma is floral, some wooden and earthy notes along with mild spices. Flavour is fruity, floral, some spices, wooden, grassy and herbal notes.

Sample at SBWF 2015. A bit hazy amber with a white head. Aroma of fruit, light hay and some yeast. Similar taste. The finish was on the dry side and medium bitter. An ok one.

Bottle at SBWF2015. Amber color, small steady white head Aroma is yeasty, tropical fruity. Medium-bodied. Grassy, citrus, pale maltyness. Yeasty notes. Traditional Belgian with new hop.
