Description

Clear golden colour, white head. Aroma of malts, candy and bubblegum. Sweet malty flavour. Malty finish, lingering sweet, almost cloying.

Good, dense, whipped eggwhite-like yellowish head over coppery-golden beer with a cold haze. Citrussy and catty hops. Bit of autumn leaves, hazel(nut)oil. And definitely lots of valerian/cata’s pee. Bitterish-leafy-earthy flavours. The cattiness doesn’t manifest itself so clearly in the mouth, although it still hovers there retronasal. Not really very fruity. Lunaria, maybe, or unripe peach/nectarine. Well-carbonated, slick, medium bodied. Not bad at all.

75cl bottle shared with Dutchdrebus, Martinus and Joes. Slightly unclear orange color, small to medium sized white head. Smell malts, a bit sweet, a bit flowery. Taste malts, sweetness, again blossom and flowers with a sweet-bitter finish. Medium body and carbonation. Not bad at all.

Bottle, 75cl corked. It pours a clear, golden body and a small, off-white head. The aroma is lighlty cellar-ish, with pine cones and resins, some pale malts too. The flavor is bready, lemony and piney, quite low on bitterness, both initially and in the end. The finish is mostly lemony and piney. A rather boring one, not a beer I’ll have again, although it’s far from bad. 130216

Bottle 75 cl. Courtesy of fonefan. Pours a clear golden with a white head. Greasy and lightly phenollic aroma. Medium body, a sweet fruitiness, some yeast - and nothing much more. Basically your boring Blonde. 160213
