27th July 2020; Shrewsbury Monthly Share in Chez Sophie (five of us). 440ml can, cloudy yellow, white crown. True citrus bomb with plenty of semi-sour, semi-bitter hops powering over the malt content.

27th July 2020; Shrewsbury Monthly Share in Chez Sophie (five of us). 440ml can, poured a cloudy yellow, white head. This hoppy, bitter brew had loads of grapefruit and piney notes throughout. Galaxy hops doing their thing!

440ml can bought at Vinmonopolet Langnes. Covering white head, clingy lacing, cloudy pale golden body. Faint, but still distinctive aromas of pineapple, noticeable kveik yeast to it, promising. Rounded taste character of pineapple, hints of bread-like malts and subdued kveik yeast. Juicy bittersweet end. Soft on the swallow. Fine partner to our pollock dish. (Tromsø 01.08.2020).
