Tap at the Riel Taproom, Phnom Penh. Poured a clear medium amber colour with a lasting frothy white head. The aroma is grainy malt, floral hops. The flavour is over moderate bitter, light sweet, with smooth, rich, caramel malt, floral, big woody hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with average to soft carbonation.

Sampled at the brewery from the fermenter, not quite ready but the brewers were kind enough to let me try before I left Cambodia. The beer pours black with a thick beige head. Aroma of chocolate, caramel, malt and lactose. Flavour is above moderate sweet and moderate bitter. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.

Clear golden with a white head. Aroma of citrus, fruity hops, green weedy hops and malt. Flavour is moderate sweet and above moderate bitter. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.
