Bottle at Embargo, Phnom Penh. Poured a clear light straw colour with a few bubbles. The aroma is ginger and the flavour is sweet spicy ginger. It’s a ginger beer and there is no room for anything else!

Clear pale golden with barely any head. Aroma of massive ginger overwhelming everything else. Flavour is above moderate sweet. Light medium bodied with soft carbonation. Crisp and clean.

Bottle at Embargo, Phnom Penh. Poured a slightly hazy golden colour with a short-lived frothy white head. The aroma is big yeast, mineral, hops. The flavour is yeasty bitter, with a watery, light, crisp, spicy hop palate. Medium to light bodied with average carbonation.

Bottle 0.33l from the brewery. Lightly cloudy, straw colored. AROMA- smooth pleasant ginger. FLAVOR- neutral, a bit ginger hot, nice ginger. Light to medium bodied. Good.
