Light coffee aroma. Medium to thick mouthfeel. A bit sweet but coffee is the predominant flavour. Not too exciting but a very solid coffee stout. Medium carbonation.

A Berliner Weisse from Cambodia. At 5% the ABV is quite high for the style but the flavour stays pretty true to the style. Some yeast sediment floating around. It's a very simple beer with no complex layers but very tasty.

Tap at Embargo, Phnom Penh. Poured a hazy golden orange colour with a thin broken white head. The aroma is grainy malt, tropical citrus fruits. The flavour is moderate sour, with a grainy, zesty citrus, yeast, light tart, mineral palate. Medium bodied with average carbonation.

Finally some sours in Cambodia. Aroma of lime. Taste of champagne and lime. Highly carbonated. Tasty and simple.
