This beer pours a slightly hazy reddish-copper color with a thin off-white head that recedes steadily to an outer ring. Sticky short strings of lace. Aroma of tart fruit, yeast and malt. Medium body with flavors of vinous grape, herbal yeast, doughy malt and berries. The finish is tart berry and wine grapes. Good beer all around.

Quarantine Beer #087 sampled at home on 04/28/2020. Dark reddish-mahogany color with a medium thin off-white head that dissipates quickly to a sparse outer ring. Spotty lacing on the glass. Tart cherry, yeast and malt in the nose. Light-bodied with a tart cherry and berry character and notes of yeast and doughy malt. The finish is sour cherry and earthy yeast. Good beer all around.
