Bottle 33 cl. Pours a cloudy, opaque pale golden with a white head. Spicy, yeasty aroma. Thin and watery body, same fine spiciness and yeast with no disturbing phenols. No real bitterness. Actually a super fine and very drinkable Grisette with no flaws. 170722

Bottle 33 cl. Pours a cloudy, opaque golden with a lacing, white head. Yeasty nose and a hint of…..Brett?? Medium body, a dry and rather refreshing fruitiness. Distinctly yeasty and again there’s a vague hint of wild yeasts. So a yeasty, Bretty Pale Ale. But it actually adds a bit of character to what would probably have been a super bland beer. But technically it’s super flawed, maybe even infected. 120722
