Bottle from SB. Cloudy peachy color with quickly disappearing fairly large white head. Some gunpowder, white currants, earthy oak, gooseberry. Vinous, tart. Nice!

Flaskafrån SB. Mahognyfärgad vätska i princip utan skum. Storsöt fruktig doft. Stor kropp, värmande alkohol. Marsipan,torkad frukt, choklad, fruktkaka, russin, katrinplommon. Elegant och välbalanserad. Komplex och stort smakdjup. Har lagringspotential men bra redan nu. Lite Pannepotvibbar. Fantastiskt gott.

(Bottle, taster, Stockholm Beer & Whisky Festival, 4 Dec 2021) Pale golden colour, hazy, with no head. Fruity, spicy nose with notes of honey, juniper berries and juniper twigs. Fruity, vinous taste with honey, grass and juniper berries. Almost full body, with a certain sweetness. Mild and well balanced mead with a good juniper touch. Quite nice.

Fruity, tart taste with notes of vinegar, citrus, tropical fruit, barnyard and resin. Mild bitterness. Medium body, dry. Quite acetic, somewhere in the borderlands between lambic and golden flemish sour ales. Interesting and really tasty. Very nice.

(Bottle, taster, Stockholm Beer & Whisky Festival, 4 Dec 2021) Dark reddish brown colour, almost black, with brief beige head. Malty, fruity nose with notes of caramel, dried fruit, molasses, burnt sugar and a touch of yeast. Malty taste with caramel, molasses, brown sugar, raisins, prunes and a mild spicy bitterness. Full body, sweet. On the sweet side, but clean, tasty and well made. Very nice.
