(Draught at Akkurat, Stockholm, 18 Dec 2019) Golden colour with creamy, off-white head. Fruity, sourish nose with oak wood, grapefruit, sour grapes, unripe peaches and cellar. Fruity, tart taste with notes of oak wood, green apples, sour grapes, citrus, barnyard and hints of lambic in dry and tart finish. Hardly any bitterness. Medium body, dry. Tasty and complex, with a fresh tartness. Nice one.

(Bottle, from Bottl3.5hop, Stockholm) Pale golden colour with big, frothy, white head. Malty, spicy nose with notes of white bread, hay, flowers, citrus and lemon peel. Fruity, malty taste with bread, peaches, hay, flowers, a touch of yeast and a mild floral bitterness in the finish. Light body, with a touch of sweetness. Fresh and tasty. Quite nice.

Bottled, from Systembolaget. Clear amber, mid sized head. Caramelly nose with grass, ash and pears. Mid sweet with medium to full body and rounded. Bread and caramel. Warming bitter finish. Good, but by far not the best from this brewery.
