Brunröd grumlig vätska med lätt beigefärgat småbubbligt skumlock. Arom av tjärat ekvirke och lite karamell längst bak. Förvånande tunn i maltsötman, kroppen liksom saknas till hälften. Aningen syrlighet och en neutral beska.
Lätt eldighet från alkoholhalten.

Ljust bärnstensfärgad och rejält disig vätska med vitt bubbligt skumtäcke. Arom av tjärpastiller och mörkt tjärinsmort skeppsvirke. Lätt kladdighet i sötman och en lite medicinsk spetsig syrlighet i smaken. Nästan försumbar örtig och höig beska.

thanks omhper! Copper colour, small off-white head. Aroma is Gotland smoke malts, quite meaty with some burnt fat tones. Flavour is smoked malts, some meaty tones with smoked ham as well. Smoked alder in the aftertaste.

Bottled, from Systembolaget. Clear mahogany colour, small head, Junipery, tarry charcutery smoke. Mid sweet with medium to full body and well rounded mouthfeel. Salmiak, juniper and tar on dark bread. Tastes like a sleety, windy winter nightd on the Juniper moors of Gotland.

(Draught at Oliver Twist, Stockholm, 26 Oct 2024) Amber colour with frothy, off-white head. Fruity nose with notes of apricots, orange peel, herbs and hints of barnyard. Fruity, slightly tart taste with apricots, orange peel, herbs, a mild acidity and a gentle herbal bitterness. Medium body, with a slight sweetness. Tasty, with an interesting acidity. Nice one.
