Perhaps the most beautiful and remote brewery in the Netherlands!
Traditionally brewed beer as it has been made for hundreds of years.
Bierbrouwerij De Pauw is not a modern beer factory full of measuring and control technology, but an old-fashioned brewery. The only tools are a watch, thermometer and scales. All Pauw beers are top-fermented, unfiltered, unpasteurised and with secondary fermentation in the bottle. We brew various types of special beer in an artisanal way, mostly according to Belgian recipes.

Bottle, 6.5%. Weak buttery aroma. Almost clear golden colour. Very small, unstable fizzy white head. The flavour is very watery and quite buttery. The butter notes might just be beeswax from the honey. Not very good.
