Description
v.o.f. Bierbrouwerij Gebroeders Blekkenhorst. Op ambachtelijke wijze brouwen we diverse soorten speciaalbier, veelal volgens Belgische receptuur.

Perhaps the most beautiful and remote brewery in the Netherlands!
Traditionally brewed beer as it has been made for hundreds of years.

Bierbrouwerij De Pauw is not a modern beer factory full of measuring and control technology, but an old-fashioned brewery. The only tools are a watch, thermometer and scales. All Pauw beers are top-fermented, unfiltered, unpasteurised and with secondary fermentation in the bottle. We brew various types of special beer in an artisanal way, mostly according to Belgian recipes.

Bottle, 8%. Anise aroma. Muddy brown colour, there is some yeast from the bottom of the bottle. The flavour is citric and slightly malty. Distinct anise flavour. A little one-dimensional, but I like it.
