Bottle from Lekkerbier, Sint Nicolaasga. Grainy with a modest hop profile. Picking up a little orange but it's not very fruity. Moderate to medium bitter and light sweet. Not much of an IPA.

33cl Fles uit Grou. Donkerbruine tot zwarte kleur, flinke beige kraag. Gebrande mout, caramel / fudge, hint van bosvruchten, chocolade, doet aan als een Belgische stout, smakelijk spul. Lichte body, iets teveel koolzuur.

Bottle shared at pre-tasting. Dark brown colored beer with a huge foamy beige head. Aroma is malts, roasty a bit, liquorice. Flavor is malts, very roasty, roasted malts bitters, a distant underlying sweetish hint, interesting, and some coffee. Pretty nicely done. Fortunately not too fizzy carbonation.

Bottle at home. Brown color with a slight red-brown hue. No head. Aroma is malts, some goppiness, some red fruity notes but in an odd way, hard to describe. Flavor is kind of flat and boring. I only get malts, brown malts, malt bitterness. Low bodied, fizzy carbonation. Mwah.

Bottle at home shared with Laura. Clear orange golden color, average to medium sized white head. Aroma and flavor are malts, apple peel, leaves, tart-bitter. Hmm not very good tbh. Firm carbonation as well. Meh, not good.

Bottle at home shared with Laura. Clear a bit pale golden color at first, then after pouring in the second half of the bottle it gets more cloudy. White head. Aroma and flavor are wheat, somewhat citrusy, lightly sweet but bitter a bit in the aftertaste. Fizzy carbonation, average body. Hmm okay.

Bottle shared with Jan & Charlotte, Ulfborg. Lightly hazy yellow color, small white head. Smell and taste are wheat, hayish, dusty and cardboard mixed with the sea buckthorn I guess. Typical 3.5% ABV sour beer. Not really my thing but not bad either.
