Tap at the brewpub. Poured a clear dark brown colour with a mostly lasting frothy white head. The aroma is roasty malt, creamy caramel, light chocolate. The flavour is moderate sweet, with a roasty, coffee, lactose, charcoal palate. Medium bodied with soft carbonation. By far the best of the three beers I had here.

Tap at the brewpub. Poured a hazy golden orange colour with little life. The aroma is gluey malt, hay. The flavour is moderate to light sweet with a smooth light banana palate. Medium bodied with flat carbonation.
