bottle - Pours golden with no head. There’s a very light apple aroma. It’s mildly sweet with a dry finish. This is a macro cider. There’s nothing terribly interesting about it and it tastes just okay. Try it as a break from macro lagers when you want inexpensive drinks.

Pour is a golden yellow with no head. Aroma is undetectable but i know there should be apples in there somewhere. Flavor is dry apple juice. Nothing redeming going on here. Under the list of ingreadents on the can I find lots of adjuncts. What the hell is sulfer dioxide and should it be going into my body? Pass this one by.

Bottle. Sour apple aroma. Piss yellow color with small head. Sweet tart apple flavor with moderate carbonation. Cider light - not bad but not a lot of flavor.

A dark orange cider with a huge light orange head - that collapses quite fast. The aroma is strong apply with hints of wood. The flavor is sweet combined with an acidity from the apples. It leaves a dryness on the palate, but has a very weak body. The flavor is not nealy as good as the aroma.

(Bottle 27,5 cl) Reddish orangey golden - kinda weird colour - with a white head that collapses quite fast. Distinct aroma of sour apples, but in the flavour not much apple is left. Dry, not much sweetness is found here and not much acidity either. It has an authentic cider feel to it, just hasn’t much flavour. 230905

New review - Draught: Poured a pale golden lagery colour, with a small thick white head that lasted some time. Nose, as I said, white wine and apples. Taste.. light apples, dust, some bite, and a tart apple aftertaste. Nothing too flashy, but it’s still a bit better than the bottled version. According to my friend, it beat his nitro’d Guinnes Draught. Old review - Bottled:White wine nose with some hints of apples, pale golden colour, looks like a fizzy lager till the carbonation settles, and the head vanishes. Then it looks like white wine as well. The taste is quite similar to Woodpecker, but actually with some apples, leading me to believe that Woodpecker is actually Strongbow Light. Overall, this is far from impressive. (5/2/4/2/7)
