Can at the July 2023 DC RB Tasting. Poured a dark, smooth malty roast note. Huge blast of maple, light peppery chocolate? Maybe like slightly overfresh coffee? Maple and actual notes of pancakes in this one. How'd they do it?

A deep dark stout with a thin brown head. In aroma, sweet fruity chocolate malt with dark fruits, light coffee notes,, light vanilla, very nice. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity chocolate malt with dark fruits, licorice, light vanilla, light coconut, alcohol warmth, very nice. On tap at brewery.

A golden ipa with a thin lacing white head. In aroma, nice biscuit malt with resinous piney hops, light mineral notes, light treacle, very nice and classic. In mouth, a nice piney resinous hops, light mineral notes, light treacle, very nice and old school. On tap at brewery.
A hazed milky yellow gose with a thin lacing white head. In aroma, sweet fruity malt with light lime, tropical fruit, light citrus pulp, nice and smooth. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity mix of mango, pineapple, light vanilla, light lime, very nice. On tap at brewery.

2023 vintage. A hazed yellow gose with no head. In aroma, sweet fruity malt with light pineapples, light lactic notes, lime, orange pulp, very nice. In mouth, like a good margarita, lime, light tequila notes, light Epsom salts, very nice. On tap at brewery.

Toffee malt and hay aroma. Amber wtih moderate tan head. Toffee malt, and mildly bitter dry hay flavor. Nice body.

Lemon, biscuit malt, and hay aroma. Golden yellow with moderate white head. Moderately sweet lemon, biscuit malt, and moderately bitter orange peel and hay flavor. Good body. Solid.

Maple syrup and cocoa. Roast and vanilla. Black pour with decent head. Bittersweet finish, but more on the bitter side than I expected for a stout with so much junk in it. Can.
