Can @ Martin tasting. Clear amber with an off-white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, caramel and light hoppy - citrus. Flavor is quite sweet and very bitter. Dry and very bitter finish. 221125

Draft at the De Me taproom, Ho Chi Minh City. Poured a clear very light yellow, almost opaque colour with a mostly lasting fizzy white head. The aroma is light herbal. The flavour is light herbal with hints of rice sweetness, with a light, watery, crisp, herbal palate. Medium to light bodied with lively carbonation. Looks and kinda tastes like water. At least it was cold.

Draft at Section 30, Da Nang. Poured a slightly hazy yellow golden colour with a lasting frothy white head. The aroma is yuzu fruit, lemon. The flavour is strong sweet, with a smooth, somewhat light, fresh, herbal, honey, lemon, sweet sugary palate. Medium to light bodied with soft carbonation. Too sweet for me.
