Tap at the place. Amber color big white head. Aroma is super malty wirh ton of buscuits and grains. Mild herbal, rather hay and straw, dry leaves and a woody tone. A bit unexpected after tasting their 10°, This one il really focusing on the malts for a sweet taste, reminds me of german märzens and this woukd be a perfect one. Hops character is subtle. Finish malty, clean, lots of cereal. Old style maybe I personally prefer hoppy ones while this is very mild.

Tap at the Place. Served with a lemon slice on the edge of the glass. Orangey color, strangely almost clear, thick off-white head. Flavor is biscuits and sugar, bread, honey... No sourness whatsoever so I had to drop the lemon in after all. Hints of spices, no bitterness at least considering it may be flawed by a previous 10° but hey this liquid bread. Soft to flat carbonation While weizens are charteristically sprizzy. But drinks well and if you like sweet ones this is the one.

Tap at the pub. Golden color thick creamy white head. Flavor of Moravian malt with biscuits and cereal. Nice classic noble hop backing. Decent body for the range, average soft carbonation. Taste sweetish with a vinous note and an intense bitter counterbalance. Savory finish light salty, umani, bitterness lingerging. Classic.

Das Schwarze ist relativ süß und karamellig. Es schmeichelt mit seinem samtigen Chrakter dem Gaumen, aber die Aromendichte und -auswhl könnte etwas besser sein. So wird es schnell langweilig und wirkt zu süß.

Ein Besuch der altehrwürdigen Bischofsstadt Olmütz wird umso erfreulicher, wenn man eine der beiden Wirtshausbrauereien im Zentrum besucht. Die Svatováclavský pivovar hat allerdings mehr verschieden Sorten und ein gutes Restaurant dabei. Das Zehngrädige ist für ein solches recht vollmundig und passt wunderbar zu der fettigen tschechischen Küche. Es ist dabei schön süffig und nicht wässrig, ohne aber zu dick aufzutragen. Hat mir wirklich gut gefallen.
