Tap at Le Senk. Aroma neutral, mild. Clear amber to brown colour, stable head. Taste initially neutral, lightly roasted, light caramel. Harsh grassy earthy bitterness with a touch of astringency. Is that metallic? Really a rather average beer.

Als ich in einem Kühlschrank in einer Fleischerei eine 1l-Plastikflasche in einem Papiersackerl mit draufgeklebten Etikett gesehen habe, war mehr die Neugier als vermuteter guter Geschmack die Triebfeder zum Kauf. Wahrscheinlich ein gutes Bier, wenn man es direkt von Fass im Brewpub kostet, aber lieber nicht aus der Plastikflasche.

Tap at Le Senk. Aroma biscuity, caramel, very little hops. Hazy amber-brown colour. Moderately stable white head. Taste is immediately bitter, moderately, but aromatic hops character is restrained. Only light fruitiness, which might very well be originating in yeast, and then there is a lot of caramel malts. Overall I quite good beer, but you have to forget about the name and style.

Tap at Le Senk. Dark orange amber color with thick off-white head. Malty aroma with sour cream, light citrus hops. Sweet malty, fruity taste, notes of coffee, followed by citrus hoppy touch. Long fruity, hoppy bitter finish. Drinkable, but not very tasty.

Tap at Le Senk. Orange golden color with thick white head. Malt, wet mop in aroma. Sweet malt, wet mop, candy, hoppy bitterness. Medium long hoppy bitterness in finish. Not very tasty.

Tap at Le Senk. Aroma hops, grassy, blunt. Almost clear golden to orange colour. Stable head. Taste is mostly hoppy, bitterness present from the beginning. Some candyish sugary sweetnes in the middle, fruity hops. Finishes assertively bitter, dry, hoppy. Good.

Appearance : Opaque black color. Long lasting, light brown head.
Taste : Coffee, roasted malt, medium sweet.
Palate : Long roasty dry finish.
Overall : Nice roasty stout.
