Il manto birroso superiore è caratterizzato da una schiuma che resiste abbastanza. La grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine. Il liquido è di consistenza limpida. Il colore è giallo dorato carico. Il corpo è pieno. L'amaro è di media potenza. La forza gustativa è elevata e la durata è buona. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di birra beverina. Il retrogusto è intenso. Al gusto vengono donati toni di miele, crosta di pane, frutta secca, agrumi, frutta passita e alcol presente.

Il gusto al naso viene attratto da alcolico e da sottobosco. La finezza olfattiva è normale e il modo in cui permane è sufficiente. Il manto birroso superiore è caratterizzato da una schiuma dalla buona tenuta. La grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine. Il liquido è di aspetto cristallino. La frizzantezza si presenta sotto forma di perlage dalle bollicine fini, con carbonazione persistente. Il colore è ambrato. Il corpo è rotondo. L'amaro è nella media. La forza gustativa è elevata e la permanenza è sufficiente. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di birra beverina. Il retrogusto è di decente intensità. L'aroma in bocca porta i segni di caramello, miele, frutta secca, agrumi, arancia amara, erbe aromatiche e frutta disidratata.

Aroma of sweet malt, caramel, herbs, sweet dark fruits, candy sugar. Flavour is heavy sweet with a light bittersweet finish. Cloying and sticky. Slightly boozy, but the high ABV is relatively well-hidden. I can see its appeal, but this way too sweet for my taste.

Aroma of slightly tart fruits, citrus, yeast with a hint of funk. Flavour is light to moderate sweet with a light to moderate bitter finish. Carbonation is rather high. A bit on the restrained side, but still a nice Saison.

Il cappello di schiuma ha una buona tenuta, con schiuma abbondante. La grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine. La parte liquida è velata. Il colore è giallo dorato. Il corpo è pieno. L'amaro è di media potenza. La forza gustativa è elevata e la durata è buona. Il gusto è piacevole. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di birra beverina. Il retrogusto è di decente intensità. Il tetto della bocca riconosce impressioni di zuccherino, miele, frutta secca, agrumi e frutta passita.

Bottle from Drankenhandel Leiden. Sweet malty aroma with marzipan, alcohol, caramel, ripe fruity notes, sugar, yeast. Flavour is sweet and boozy with a mild bitterness. Body is medium to full with a sticky texture. Sippable but too sweet and boozy to really please me.

Необычайно крепкий (12%) Бельгийский Эль. Цвет очень необычный, светло коричневый, пена полностью отсутствует. Аромат приторно карамельный. Во вкусе чувствуется карамель и сухофрукты. Пиво действительно крепкое, слегка напоминает Квадрупель. Хотя при этом вкус алкоголя совершенно не ощущается.
