Formerly known as 'La Face Cachée De La Pomme' and 'Domaine Neige' but those names no longer legally belong to François Pouliot. But this is the same orchard where the original ice cider producer continues his business after losing his trademark names in a legel settlement with his former business partners.

Bottle thanks to Ferris. Pours a clear orange gold with no head. The aroma is strong apple, honey, spice, vanilla. Medium mouth, apple pie, spice, vanilla, light booze, very nice.

Sweet bottle thanks to Ferris. Pours out a crisp golden no head. Nose is amazing rich apple some spice and a nice richness. Taste is more of the amazing apple pie notes some spice a rich sweetness. This is great thanks Ferris.

Bottle. Pours a cloudy copper with no head. The aroma is strong apple, cinnamon, vanilla. Thin mouth, spiced apple, cinnamon, brown sugar, boozy, very nice.

Great little bottle. Pours out a golden. Nose is spice apple sweetness. Taste nuts spice apples and touch of pepper heat.

Bottle at RBWG thanks to Julien. Clear golden appearance with no head. Aroma has plenty of baked apples and is not as spicy as many ice ciders. A little bit of apple sauce. Very sweet. Thick and gooey. Incredibly rich. Fun bit hard to drink in quantity.

30 ml sample. Thanks bunget. Clear deep golden, no head. Big fresh apple aroma, a touch of „cidery” notes. Big intense taste, very sweet, apples, some malic acidity and a touch of alcohol. Big and yummy, but not much complexity. (backlog 17-JAN-2016).

750mL bottle, pours a clear pale blonde with a small white head. Aroma is fairly dry, with only a touch of sweetness from the apples and a sort of champagne yeast. Flavour is really wonderfully constructed, with champagne yeast, dry apples and a lovely spritzy finish. Carbonated well, with just enough sweetness. Fantastic balance. Excellent.

Bottle - Cooked apple with a nice sweetness. Clear gold. Nice cooked apple sweetness, touch of bitterness and a nice long sweet apple finish. Very nice.

Tasting at Matt’s; Récolte 2013, 13% ABV
The color is golden, bright. Aroma of apples, alcohol, butterscotch and a hint of hazelnut. Sweet liquor, the mouthfeel is so elegant; sweet apple juice, not stewed, with a good amount of acidity and astringency.
Excellent.
