Bottled@fonefan. Golden colour, no head. Aroma is white wine, grapes, a lot of vanilla as well as some sour apples. Flavour is sweet sugary mixed with white wine. Mindblowing complexity, even though the sugary notes are a bit too sweet.

2007 Bottle via a trade with thecheeseman. Pours with a still golden body and monstrous legs. Aroma of sweet baked apple and a nice sort of balancing sour component. Taste is awesome with sweet apple and a light citrus zest, sourness. Lightly syrupy mouthfeel. Still.

Bottle 375ml. @ [ Ulfborg Tasting ]. [ Vintage 2006 ]. Clear medium yellow orange color with virtually none head. Aroma is apple, wood , rubber, gum. Flavor is heavy sweet and moderate acidic - bitter with a long duration. Body is medium to full, texture is syrupy - oily, carbonation is flat, finish is light alcoholic. [20090114]

Rerate: Bottled thx to Julien @ Julien’s neighbour is a metalhead according to Rob-tasting, small sample. Clear golden color. Lovely aroma of apple juice, apple sirup, slight oak wood, hint of vanilla even. Sweet taste, pure apple. Lovely velvety and sirupy texture. Love this stuff. Original rate in 2009: Bottle @ jbrus. Clear golden color, no head. Aroma of apple juice, but very clean. Slight sweet taste, great balance. Nice for dessert, but good cider.....still aint beer... 3.5

orange, almost no head. well balanced aroma of fresh apple, also some acidity vineagra in the aroma. flavor is fresh apple, slight acidity, faint citrussy notes, alc. totally hidden. this is a "you have to taste it" cider. it’s very different from any other ciders i’ve tasted, and the flavor is nothing short of fantastic.

Bottle, 12%. Sweet and citric fresh apple aroma. Clear golden colour. Thick, syrupy, sugary mouthfeel. The flavour is quite sweet, combined with citric apple, and a good alcohol level. Tastes like canned or pickled apple, concentrated in some way. Flat, no carbonation, and no head. The aftertaste has some concentrated apple juice, quite nice. 7 3 7 3 15

375ml bottle from Torontos great trader, HogTownHarry. Thanks Harry. Nose of contrasting fresh red and green apple tartness and sweetness with some woodiness and light alcohol. Clear orange tinged golden with no carbonation. Flavor starts with a tart burst then fades to sweetness and ends with a lightly sweet finish. Great stuff, too bad it is so hard to come by.

My 1100 rating. 2004 bottle thanks to bu11zeye. Pours a pale gold with amazingly strong legs. Aroma of sweet apple, caramel, cinnamon and a light must note. Very sweet in the aroma. Taste is full and sweet with cinnamon, apple pie, caramel. This is a cider that forces you to smile. Syrupy and sweet, completely mouth coating, but still not as full as Frimas. A great Ice Cider!
