On tap at Nine Giant, pours black with a small beige head. Aroma is absurdly intense on the rum — wow. That's abrasive. Flavour is ridiculous, with a HUMUNGOUS rum barrel character — it's hot, abrasive, and all-consuming. I can't drink more than an ounce of this, although it does have nice notes. Hot, perfumey, harsh. It's difficult to drink but the note is nice.

On tap at Nine Giant, pours black with a small tan head. Aroma is loaded with bourbon barrels, wood, and roasted malt. Flavour is sweet and complex, with lots of bourbon barrels, dark sugars, medium roast, and toffee. Rich, rounded and complex, with an excellent barrel character. Lovely.

On tap at Nine Giant, pours a clear bronze orange with a small off-white head. Aroma brings out plenty of bourbon, toasted caramel and soft, thin bready malt. Flavour is thinner on the body, due to the wheatwine nature of this, with tons of bourbon and thin bready malt. Clean and strong, with a very nicely made mixture of stuff. Good stuff.

On tap at Nine Giant, pours a clear golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out lots of lemon upfront, with oak, grassiness and no notice of the cranberry. Flavour is full of lemon, with lots of oak, and some grass. I can't detect that it's a pilsner. It's mostly a lemon bomb. Decent but not feeling this.

On tap at Nine Giant, pours a clear dark amber / mahogany with a small beige head. Aroma brings out lots of pungent whiskey barrels, dry caramel and bready malt. Flavour is rich and complex, with lots of whiskey barrels, caramel, and dark dried fruits. Rich, barrel-y, and fruity in wonderful harmony. Delicious.

On tap at Nine Giant, pours a clear pale blonde with a medium white head. Aroma brings out lots of funky brett, rustic saison yeast, and some gentle black pepper. Flavour is clean and buggy, with lots of funky brett, rustic saison yeast, and a tiny hint of citrus. Clean and complex. Really bright and well-made.

On tap at Copper & Flame, pours a clear golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out raw kiwi, a touch of pineapple, and some lacto. Flavour is tart and kiwi-dominant, with some lacto and a citric finish. Not all that on point but it's pleasant enough.

Sample at Streetside during That’s My Jam: A Fruited Beer Festival on 06/22/2019. Hazy pale golden color with a medium white head that evaporates steadily to a wispy film. Short strings of lace. Aroma of lime, cucumber and wheat. Light-bodied with flavors of tart lemon-lime, cucumber and bready malt. The finish is tart with a lime aftertaste. Pretty good overall.

Sample at Streetside during That’s My Jam: A Fruited Beer Festival on 06/22/2019. Cloudy golden color with a thin eggshell white head that burns away quickly to an outer ring. Strings of lace. Aroma of stone fruit, wheat, mint and malt. Medium body with flavors of apricot, wheat, salty peach and mint. The finish is fruity with an apricot and subtle mint aftertaste. Above average overall.

Draft at the brewery. I got this and rated purely for the beastie boys. It's useless otherwise. Mostly greens and onions. 636311
