Cloudy dark reddish-amber pour with a medium light beige head that diminishes steadily to an outer ring. Sparse patches of lacing. Aroma of dark fruit, yeast and malt. Full-bodied with flavors of ripe plums, Belgian yeast, earthy malt and toffee. The finish is sweet with a fruity yeast aftertaste. Above average overall.

50cl bottle pours a murky dark orange with a ring of white head. Nose has sweat, cherry, candy. Flavor is bad, cough medicine, cloyingly sweet.

Sampled on draft at Vintage Estate this beer poured a black color with a medium sized foamy brown head that left no lacing. The aroma was strong whiskey - rough and harsh, with cocoa and red wine. The flavor was bourbon, red wine, toasty malts, marshmallow and cocoa. Hot and boozy. Exceptionally long finish with lingering alcohol. Full body.

Sample during the "Final Christmas Eve Adventures with the Foxes" on 12/24/2017. Hazy amber color with a medium off-white head that recedes quickly to an outer ring. Short strings of lace. Aroma of malt, citrus and hops. Light-bodied with flavors of caramel malt, citrus and mild hops. The finish is sweet with a malty aftertaste. Decent overall.

Black with a tan head. Thick body and slick. Chocolate, caramel malt, coffee, roasted malt, dark fruit. Finish is bittersweet and dry. Nice porter.

Sample at The Ohio Taproom. Clear pale golden color with a medium thin white head that evaporates steadily to an outer ring. Short strings of lacing. Aroma of malt, mild hops and fruit. Light-bodied with flavors of grainy malt, fruit and slight floral hops. The finish is sweet and creamy with a malty aftertaste. Slightly above average overall.
