Dark with a tan head. Roasted malts throughout with a touch of sweetness. No coffee notes, just a solid roasted profile. Some light earth notes, with light citrus notes. Robust. Really nice, straight forward, roasted porter.

Deep copper Amber. Fruity, light citrus and pine notes, dough malt. Has the makings of a nice Imperial nut the malt really mutes any hop presence. Not much bitterness. Thin bodied.

Black with a dark head. Nutty, earth, malt, coffee, a bit chalky. Finish has light sweet malt, cocoa, and hot booze. Very hot for 8%. Solid but could use a little massaging.

Medium copper and hazy with minimal white head. Very sweet fruit profile with plenty of tea and herbal notes. medium bodied but somehow feels a tad watery. Next to no hop notes. An interesting brew.

22 oz bottle poured. Great opportunity to try some fun new beers and enjoy a nice wedding at the same time. Neat black pour with a halo tan foam head. This was the most interesting beer of theirs that I was able to try. One thing they have going for them, is that they take a traditional style, and make it unique. This one was no exception. A strong, almond nutty character in the aroma. Flavor is a sweet, minty, nutty chocolate constant. Rich milk chocolate. Very creamy, and leads to a transitioning finish of cinnamon like spice and a nutty malt. Super fun stout here. Enjoyed this one a ton.

22 oz bottle poured at Kyle and Aubrey’s. Dark amber pour with a ton of foam head. Caramel-ish malt aroma with a hint of mixed berry. This one didn’t add up very well for me. Balance was crooked. True malty brown ale base, with a strange, and dominant berry sweetness to follow. Grape like impression. Slight metallic in both aroma and flavor. As it goes, the berry mellows a bit, and the brown ale base comes through big. Interesting beer here, and one unlike anything else I’ve had before, which I enjoy. A little too much berry for me, but I can’t complain too much. It’s supposed to be there. Interesting beer, a fun try.

22 oz bottle poured, celebrating Kyle and Aubrey. Great wedding, great beer! Also great meeting Adam, the brewer of these fine beers. This one was probably my favorite out of my flight of bombers. A ton of unique character for an IPA. It’s pleasant to see a brand new brewer come out with a lineup of beers that stays away from the typical and traditional introductory style lineup. Pours a darker dense copper color with a ton of loose soap bubble head. Malt forward aroma, with a dry, oak obvious flavor with a melon like background. Soft orange fruit as well that’s lost behind the oak. Unique take on a pale. Overall, an impressive offering that lodges the name in my head for brewers to visit in the future. Solid.
