On tap at Gig Harbor - Tacoma, pours a mostly clear dull golden orange with a small off-white head. Aroma has rough earthy hops, some resins, bitter grapefruit rind, and bready caramel malt. Flavour is much the same, with big earthy, resinous hops, bitter grapefruit rind, and sweet chewy caramel malt. This is super old school. A bit overmalted and sweet, but likewise very bitter and assertive in the hop department. Haven't had an old school IIPA like this in a while. Good albeit a bit rough.

On tap at Gig Harbor - Tacoma, pours black with a small beige head. Aroma brings out dry toasted malt and a touch of earthiness — seems pretty sturdy. Flavour is soft, with big toasted malt, a hint of dark fruits, and a tiny hint of vanilla. Robust, fruity and sturdy palate. Nicely made.

On tap at Gig Harbor - Tacoma, pours a clear copper golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out piney hops, bitter grapefruit rind, and a very thin biscuity malt base. Flavour is much the same with piney hops, grapefruit rind, and biscuity malt. Quite bitter and citric, with not the most harmonious or refined of hop expressions. Decent.

On tap at Gig Harbor - Tacoma, pours anglers pale yellowish blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out lots of herbaceous grassy notes, with a bit of straw. Flavour is clean, with sweet grassiness, light herbaceous, and straw. Not particularly crisp but it's clean and drinkable. Pleasant.

16 oz can poured. Soft cloudy golden appearance, good amount of lasting foam head. Aroma has some gentle bready malts up front. Slight orange as well. Sturdy malt backbone to this IPA, but it is quite balanced and refreshing in the end. Tingling orange peel like bitterness late, along with that gentle citrus forward hop quality. Crisp front, but body is a bit on the cream side. Smooth in the end, and a nice flavorful IPA overall. Enjoyed this one.

16 oz can poured, picked up at Hop and Hound. First Triple of the year. Pours dark. Dense copper appearance. White foam head. Tons of bold, slightly sweet caramel malt, with a big piney bitter balance. Cool finish. Drinks easier than the double digits would indicate. Very flavorful triple, that leans slightly to the maltier side. Bready palate linger. A light warming feel. Strong ale all the way. But smooth and easy drinking. Quite enjoyable.

Draft pour pint at Route 2 Taproom, Monroe. Clean and clear golden pour with a full finger of lasting foam head. A nice, flavorful session IPA. Grassy nose, with some earthy malts. Flavor is much of the same. Earthy, nutty malt, with a gentle hop bitter follow. Cool finish. Love a solid, flavorful IPA in the 4 range of abv. Well made brew.

Draft pour pint enjoyed at Hop and Hound. A mostly clean golden pour, rocky foam head. Nice and refreshing pale here with a flavorful grain. Nutty malt bill. Doesn't jump out as an oatmeal pale on taste, but it is quite on the creamy side. Really easy drinking. Soft bitterness late. Lingering cream. Fun, unique, tasty brew here.

16 oz can poured, picked up at Hop and Hound. Great to see that almost 15 years later, the Supersonics live on in my local. Clean copper pour. A somewhat rich caramel malt flavor, but really smooth. Flavorful lager. Toast like finish. Quite refreshing. This is a style I'd like to find within my local more often. Solid brew.

Draft pour pint, enjoyed during my first visit to Gig Harbor Brewing, Tacoma. Clean golden pour. Rich Belgian, some sweet biscuit malt and a bubblegum element. Smooth taste. A touch too rich for my taste. Sweet grains are quite flavorful. Interesting brew here.
