Thank you! Sampled 330 ml. bottle @ Kerstbierfestival Essen 2015. Apperantly the first beer from a brewer who previously worked @ De Halve Maan, Huyghe & Achel. Dark brown amber, little tanned head. Nose is sweet licorice, umami, nearly going toward broth, herbal, spices. Taste is herbal, licorice, sweet candy, sugar, herbal, faint umami,… Fizzy,… Very slightly above the grey muss of dull Belgians but nothing to really be bothered by.

Sampled @ Kerstbierfestival Essen 2015. Clear orange brownish color, average sized off-white head. Smell and taste malts, a bit sweet, some alcohol, quite nice.

Bottle at the Essen Winter Beer Festival, 2015. Poured a clear dark reddish brown with a thin broken light tan head. The aroma is dry yeast, some fruit. The flavour is moderate sweet with a yeast, spice alcohol bitter palate. Medium bodied with lively carbonation and a bubbly mouthfeel.
