Taster at 7Brau Gangnam. Kristal Weizen 4.2% pours a milky honey gold so I’d just call it a Weizen myself. Mild clove nose, soft wheaty texture. Sweet fruity spicy Weizen flavor. Mild but nice.

New Rating on tap at the 7Brau Gangnam. IPA 5.5% a clear copper with a light beige head. Very mild hop aroma. The taste is clean biscuity caramel malts, possiy Munich or Vienna with just a bit of a hop bite. Think an English IPA from 10 years ago. Safe & boring but not that bad. 3.3 -----Old Rating 2013---- 5.5% it pours amber with a light beige head of foam. The aroma is mostly caramel malt with a hint of hops. The flavor is light citrus, big malty sweet body and a mild acidic, slightly bitter finish. An ok beer but no way is this an IPA. More of a brown ale or possibly a watered down UK type of IPA from 10 years ago... Unfortunately, that aftertaste seems quite sour and not so pleasant. A shame for the first canned microbrew widely available in South Korea... Other than that aftertaste it wasn’t half bad... Original Score 2.7
