On tap at the brewery. Pours hazy blonde with a white head. Peppery saison yeast on the nose. Flavour has a pretty decent spicy saison yeast profile, grainy malts. Not super complex, but okay saison.

On tap at the brewery. Pours murky dull yellow with a white head. Tons of cardamom and some plum and apricot pits on the nose. Flavour also has a decent dose of cardamom along with the slightly bitter pits from the apricot and plums. Still has a bit too much lacto, but pretty decent.

On tap at the brewery. Pours murky dull yellow with a white head. Cloves, banana, and some pineapple on the nose. Flavour has dry wheaty malts, cloves, banana; not getting much pineapple, but there is a bit of heat from the jalapeño on the finish. Weird beer.

On tap at the brewery. Pours hazy reddish gold with a white head. Cheerios, some berries, a bit of vinegar, and maybe some musty grape skins on the nose. Flavour is very acetic, very gentle contribution from the grapes, cheerios. Clumsy, acetic nonsense.

500ml corked and capped bottle. Pours a beautiful, cloudy red purple with a small, fizzy, short lived, pink head that leaves spotty lacing. Aroma of grainy wheat malt, funky Brett, oak, red wine, balsamic vinegar and mild chocolate. Sweet fruity flavour of bready wheat malt, raspberry, blueberry, chocolate, red wine, oak and balsamic vinegar in a dry, tart Brett finish. Medium body with a smooth, slightly creamy, oily texture and average to soft carbonation. Not really a fan of these guys, but this was by far my favorite offering from them. Well made and full of complexity.
