16 oz can. Aroma is minerals, sourdough bread, and some soft lager yeast. The flavor has some old citrus upfront with the bready malt center. Finish is mild noble like hops. Crisp texture. Quite a nice mish-mash style lager.

Can from Tavour. Pours slightly translucent gold with a white head that didn't last very long. Aroma is floral/spicy with pale malt support. Med body. Flavor is spicy/floral with definite wood notes. Fairly dry and mildly bitter - but the flavor comb is fairly strong. Good beer.

Pours slightly hazed gold into a willi. Bright white head with medium retention crackles and recedes leaving spot lacing. Lemon and bread aromas. Soft and thin with sweet lemon and sourdough front to back. Medium length earthy peel finish.

Bottle in a trade with ClarkVV. Thanks for the opportunity. Batch #1. Aroma is white wine, oak, and funky, barnyard notes. I donβt know what it was like young, but this has a lot of acid in it. Flavor has oak, red wine, and a whole lot of acid. Almost vinegar-like.

Can, undated, drunk 7/27/23. Mostly clear, rose. No head. Really nice lactic nose with raspberry giving bright juice but not touch acidity and no sugar. Even some funky barnyard in here, hell yeah. Tart, with soft, sumptuous, nutty wheat. Beautiful, mellowed cultures and well-macerated raspberries without any bit of aggressive acidity. Great mouthfeel and body. Love the extra funky barnyard.

Undated can drunk 7/15/23. Hint of haze. Bronze-copper. Small, white head quickly to ring. Honey, white bread, mild citrus and floral-herbal hops. Clean, malty. Soft, malty, though kind of caramel-heavy. Weird. A bit sluggish in texture with sort of loose carbonation. Not loving this caramel flavor either. Rather low bitterness doesn't help.

12 ounce can from Tavour. Barely translucent cola brown color. Large frothy tan head leaves great lacing. Sweet toasted malt aroma has earthy, dark bread notes. Flavor is lightly sweet and malty. Perhaps a hint of cocoa powder and woodiness. Smooth and drinkable. Noble hops in finish lean toward a soft spiciness. Outstanding.

Can without any date code. Aroma is rustic grain, pepper, yeast, and maybe a hint of citrus. Plenty of yeast phenols, bubblegum, banana. Also shows the pepper. About average.

16 ounce can. Hazy, amber orange color. Large frothy beige head. Sweet malt aroma hints at toffee. Zesty, toasted malt flavor upfront. Lightly sweet, with notes of caramel and brewed iced tea. A bit thin for the style.
