Bottle from the brewery. Blend #1. Batch date: 4/17/15. Ben facing this over for awhile, and today seemed like a good day to crack it open in celebration! Dark brown color with a thin head and spotty lacing. Red wine, wood, and a bit of spice. Fairly strong on the sour front.

750ml bottle pours a hazy gold with some hazy, white head. Nose has passion fruit, lemon rind, grapefruit juice, mild vinegar. Flavor has passion fruit, grapefruit, lemon juice, white grapes. Mildly hot on the finish.

From a 750ml bottle at the DC tasting on March 25, 2016. Poured with a hazy orange color with a small white head. Aroma was light tart notes of wine, grapes. Nice acidity. Tasty and refreshing.

Beautiful bottle. Pours a cloudy orange color with a medium white head. A big funky lemon zest nose. The flavor is big sharp sour notes, oak, vanilla. Quite good.

750ml bottle pours a clear gold with some creamy, white head. Nose has lemon, butter, a little diaper/baby powder, passion fruit, a little peach. Flavor is very lemony, passion fruit too, apricot, light urine, white grape. Finishes a touch oily. That lemon balm really comes through.
