Bottle thanks to Reynolds314. Pours hazy golden, medium white head, dissipates fairly quickly to a bubbly ring and good lacing. Aroma is oaky, barnyard, lemon zest. Flavor is dry, light plus tart, light funk, minerals, some juniper and gin notes apparent. Light bodied, drinkable but to overly complex.

4oz pour at Churchkey is a hazy orange with some sudsy white head. Nose has some definite funk, stinky cheese, mild feet, didn’t get a ton of smoke, some orange. Flavor is all sweaty cheese, some cooked greens, an odd gristy note, but lots of cheese. Oily finish.
