330ml bottle. Pours yellow. Capsicum, habanero, honey, little lemon peel. Not any heat, but a lovely clean pepper flavour. Pretty good.

650ml bottle. Pours orange gold. Lemon, bread, saison spice, pepper, bread, kiwi, little soap. Surprisingly subtle and well balanced. Good.

On tap at Beervana. Pours red. Raspberry, lots of saison yeast, cherry, blackberry, bread, little lemon juice. Well balanced, with lots of fruit and still a distinctive saison profile. Superb.

On tap at Beervana. Pours gold. Peach, huge nectarine, lemon juice, minerally. Big fizzy body. Absolutely delicious. Re-rate: 650ml bottle. God damn this is good. Big sourness, and such incredible amounts of fruit. There's a minerally nectarine skin type flavour that's absolutely cracking. Bumped up a point.

650ml bottle. Pours jet black with a huge brown head. Smoke, eel, lemon peel, toast, bitter roast, umami burnt notes. I quite like the aroma, which is all smoked eel with a little bitter lemon, but the fishiness in with all that roast flavour is a bit much for me. Unique, but not quite right.
