After years of participating in the craft beverage scene, an introduction to Mead started us in an entirely new direction.
Unfortunately the lack of easy accessibility to the best drink around left us feeling left out. So, we desired to fix that and to figure out just how to make it. Several batches later, and with encouragement from friends and enthusiasts, what started as a hobby has turned into an entrepreneurial endeavor.
It is a similar story to that of so many before us.
Let us hope to be only half as successful as so many of them, and we'll be able to provide the community with another avenue to procure this hard to find, incredibly fascinating beverage!

Very dark red, oily thickness. Crazy intense raspberry smell, getting oak as well. Smooth, sticky, boozy. Taste is almost as intense as the smell, but gets balanced out by the vanilla. Heavy sweet, tart raspberry, insanely jammy, soft vanilla. Damn good!

Very dark red, slightly brownish. Smell is slightly tart, dry apple, some cherry. Body isn't super thick, but smooth, and a bit boozy. Taste is more on the tart cider side, with loads and loads of cherry, some sweetness in the finish. Awesome intensity.

Deep dark purple, bit gluggy. Smell is sweet, plenty blueberry and fluffy marshmallow. Thick body, tad boozy but smooth. Taste is slightly tart fruit first, plenty berry, followed by a slow flow of sweet mardhmallow on subtle cracker. Very nice, rich.
