ABV: 12.6%. Clear dark black colour with a average, frothy - fizzy, good lacing, mostly lasting, light brown head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, roasted, dark malt, chocolate, wood - barrel, smoke, alcohol. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and light moderate bitter with a long duration, dark malt, roasted, chocolate, wood - barrel, smoke, alcohol, rich, thick. Frothy off-white good mostly diminishing heqad. Black colour. Moderate v´bitter flavor. Averafe moderate bitter finish. Oily palate.

Bottle @ Højbjerg tasting. Nice head with good duration. Color is black. Aroma and taste are roast malt, whisky, coffee, vanilla, hops and has a nice long roasty finish.

Bottle @ Saxo tasting. Black with a small brown head. Aroma is sweet, roasted malt, chocolate and light whisky. Flavor is very sweet and moderate bitter. Very sweet and moderate bitter finish with heavy alcohol. Boozy and oily. 050621

Cloudy amber, light beige head. Mild spicy aroma, christmas spices, not overdone. Malty flavour, again some nicely controlled spices. Starts sweet, finishes dry. Ok drinkable.

Bottle 50 cl. Pours an opaque black with a small, light brown head. Nose has overwhelming peat! Dominates completely. Rich, sweet body - as in sugary sweet. Hardly any carbonation, massive peat, iodine and tar. The massive alcohold is buried in sugar and the strong flavors. Don't try to search for anything resembling balance. There isn't any. An extreme beer indeed. 300321
