Black with lasting, lacing light brown head. Roast and choc aroma. Bittersweet flavour with licorice and chocolate. Long bitter finish, slightly sticky. Not bad.

ABV: 6.5%. Clear medium to dark red brown colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, beige head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, caramelized malt, moderate yeast, sweet yeast, belgian yeast. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, caramel, caramelized malt, brown sugar, candy, belgian yeast, burnt sugar. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20191102]

Bottle 50 cl. Pours a clear, dark amber with a small, off-white head. Distinct clove aroma. Medium body, dry caramel accents and a late bitterness - but cloves totally dominating throughout. Out of balance. 271219

Bottle. Pours slightly hazy pale straw with airy white head. Clear aroma of hops and grass, with notes of yeast. Bitter, hoppy flavour with notes of grass and citrus and touches of yeast and malt. Bitter and citric aftertaste with estery notes. Okay but quite watery.

Bottle. Pours hazy pale straw with airy white head. Clear aroma of yeast and malt, with mild hoppy touches. Bitter flavour of hops, with notes of yeast and sweetish touches of malt. Bitter aftertaste wi estsry notes. Reasonable. Usually one gets lousy beer from such new but wannabe retro breweries, but this one is a kind exception.

Bottle, 4.8%. Faintly caramelly and piney aroma. Hazy yellow colour. Very big stable white head. The flavour is piney like the aroma. Thin finish, but clean and OK for the ABV.

Aroma of caramel, hops, malt, dried fruit, rich fruit cake, biscuit, molasses and a hint of chocolate. Medium sweetness, light bitterness. Medium body, slight oily texture, average to soft carbonation.

Bottle @Højbjerg Tasting. Nearly clear dark amber, light beige head. caramely aroma, light spice and yeast. Watery flavour, caramel, a little yeast, a litle anise.

Creamy off-white good mostly lasting head. Dark amber colour. Moderate malty and light hoppy aroma. Moderate bitter flavor. Average moderate bitter finish. Some spicy notes at finish. Oily palate.
