--Bottled at Ile de Pain, Knysna. -- Clear amber, rich firm head. Aroma of grapefruit and earthy tea. Mid sweet with medium body and well rounded mouthfeel. Fruity and earthy with spicy tea-like hops and some bitter orange. Long bitter finish.

Tap at the brewery. Very dark brown, clear with light beige head. Choc and coffee aroma. Bittersweet flavour, caramel, roast and a little licorice. Nice.

Tap at the brewery. Clear pale yellow, large white head. Yeast and banana aroma. Sweet flavour, banana, clove, a little citrus. Thin. Maybe give the keg a decent shake?
