Nearly clear dark amber, huge airy, unstable light beige head. Aroma has dark sugar, yeast, a little dried fruit, alcohol. Sourish, woody notes too. Sweet flavour, brown sugar, yeast, caramel and alc warmth. Carbonation is high, finishes quite boozy. This is going to make me burp all night.
