Bottle 33 cl. Pours a hazy yellow with a lively and fizzy head. Dry, fruity nose, slightly tart with a vague hint of wild yeast. Light-bodied, very fizzy, citrusy tart and minerally. Tartness growing towards the end. Closest to a Berliner Weisse, but then again clearly not. A different sour from a different yeast. 300821

Bottle 33 cl. Pours an opaque orangey brown with a lacing, beige head. Spicy, fruity nose. Rich, sweet caramellish body, some lurking bitter hops underneath, but the sweetness prevails. Some complex overripe fruit and a touch of oxidation. Overall very enjoyable. 110721

Bottle 33 cl. Pours an almost opaque, cloudy yellow with a lacing, white head with good retention. Looks almost like a Belgian Wit. Nose is minerally and slightly tart. Medium body, a light medium sweetness, again chalky, flowery hops with a decent bitterness. Quite pleasant and well balanced. 140621

Bottle 33 cl. Pours a cloudy opaque black with close to no head, only a tiny, rough beige film. Nose is sweet roasr, sweet licorice and distinctly sweet, vanillaish whisky. Rich, fat body - very sweet with close to no carbonation. Again sweet roast and licorice with vanilla notes and a solid booziness in the finish. It's quite rough and rustic yet very enjoyable. 170820

Bottle 33 cl. Pours a clear yellow with a small, white head. Lovely Lambic aroma, loads of horse blanket, lactic tartness but also cidery. Medium body, loads of leather notes, I believe there's also acetobacter here. It's all done very well and straight with no weird esters, other than what you'd expect in a Sour of this character. The fruit however is completely lost on me. As in many sours, the fruit drowns in the tartness. Well done indeed. 110820
