Bottle 33 cl. Pours a hazy golden with a white head. ose is spicy and yeasty, but also with some unpleasant phenols. Medium body, quite a fruit bomb. A hint of sweetness quickly buried in hops - but fruity throughout with a peppery touch. A hint of phenols also in the late finish, but nothing too alarming. Really not too bad. 280918

28/7/2018. Bottle at Højbjerg tasting. Pours almost black with a small tan coloured head. Aroma of chocolate, roasted malt, toffee, light smoke, dark fruit and rich fruit cake, with a hint of berries. Medium sweetness with moderate bitterness. Medium to full bodied, slight watery texture and above average carbonation.

Bottle @ Højbjerg tasting 28 July. Pours cloudy very dark brown with airy dark tan head. Clear aroma of malt, barrel, and dried fruit, with hints of yeast. Bitter, roasty flavour with notes of barrel and hints of hops, coffee of yeast. Bitter and roasty aftertaste with notes with estery notes. Not bad.

Bottle @ Højbjerg tasting. Nice head with good duration. Color is black. Aroma and taste are roast malt, chocolate, cherries, notes of smoke, coffee and hops. Long bitter finish.
