On tap @ Apollon. Looks like a well clouded soup this. It's yellowish, on the boarder of murky and not too much of a head really. Thin island white filmy guess describes it correctly. Smells mild. Having a hard time getting anything other than grapefruit soda. Some grains. A hint of paper and not much more. Tastes decent though. Somewhat grainy, oh yeah it really is - especially in the aftertaste, but it also has a mango/apple juice fruitiness. Like the fruitiness, dislike that massive grainy dirty thing that they somehow manage to get in near all of their beers.it has a slick a d almost slimy texture in the mouth and it's just below average on the prickling carbonation. Dry papery tail. Not mine thing to his either unfortunately. 21.01.2017

No head (guess all carbonation disappeared during tapping the bottle), extremely hazy. Aroma is slightly strange sour-ish mineraly, weeds, grass, minerals, sawdust, leafs, burnt rubber, wet hay, salt, apple peel, gooseberries, paper. Taste is slightly sour-ish dry mineraly, weeds, sorrel, minerals, sawdust, burnt rubber, salt, gooseberries, apple peel, paper, wet hay, grass. Medium bitterness, slightly dry sour-ish mineraly mouthfeel. Not really my cup of tea.

Nice bubbly-creamy mediumlasting head. Aroma is slightly sweet floral, weeds, wet hay, yeast, banana, wheat, paper, minerals, grass, sawdust, hints of soap / chlorine. Taste is strange floral, weeds, sawdust, minerals, yeast, wet hay, wheat, banana, grass, paper, hints of chlorine. Medium bitterness, watery and harsh floral mouthfeel. Meh!

On tap @ Apollon. This one has a cloudy deeper caramel golden looking body. It doesn't smell anything really. Yeah, it's cold and all that but I don't get anything what so ever from this aroma. Strange, as my nose is working just fine. Just smelled at a pilsner and that smells at least twice as much as this. Not sure how to rate this aroma as it's not bad, good or even present! Luckily it tastes a little more. Not very good though. It's thin oily in the mouth and abt average on the bubbles. Banana chewing gum, butter, yeast and it just tastes really unclean. Earthy almost. It has that Ekangersmuget house flavor for sure, and it's just not a very successful one this. 29.10.2016

On tap @ Royal Gourmet Burger and Gin. It's more or less black this. Impossible to see anything through it, even when holding it up against the light. On the top there's a medium sized dark chocolate colored head that's leaving some serious lacing down the sides of the glass. The aroma is more or less what you'd expect. Deep roasted, a little alcohol dunsting and chocolaty. There's also a smoked element here that works well. Smells nice. Tastes good also. It's thick and oily in the mouth and it's just below average on the prickling carbonation. Nice and roasted. Almost a little woody and wood dry. Some marzipan sweetness also detected here. The relatively high alcohol is well masked. Mild chocolate and some papery tones in the finish. Yeah, I didn't mind this. 15.10.2016

Fra fat på Ujevnt, sammen med Børge: lett uklar kobbergylden med ok skum. Mye appelsinmarmelade og malt, iblandet noen tropiske frukter. OK, men heller ikke mer. Fortjener nok et nytt forsøk, ettersom den var kveldens siste før bussen skulle gå.

Fra fat på Royal Gourmetburger&Gin, sammen med Børge: iflg den særdeles hyggelige og velinformerte bartenderen er denne brygget i en batch på 160 liter, og tilsatt Jack Daniels, vanlijestang og cedertre fra Tobakk-Sørensen. 60 IBU. Helt sort, med kort skum. Lekker og meget fyldig smak med mørk sjokolade, whiskey, kvalitetskaffe, konfekt, snev av marsipan og sigarboks. Mild bitterhet, nydelig balanse og ganske tørr. Farlig lettdrikkelig snop.
