On tap at the brewpub. Lightly roasted aroma with lots of caramel and chocolate, some notes of dried fruits and caramel sauce. Pleasant hoppy notes. Some bitterness in the flavour, in a sufficient amount. Roasted malts, caramel sauce and some faint hints of bonfire too, and a god dash of chocolate. Alcohol hints. Full body, soft carbonation. Lasting finish with roasted malts and some caramel. A really pleasant, all-round Christmas beer. 121108

Black colour with a fine beige head. Coffee and roasted malt aroma. Rich but yet mild flavour. Roasted malt, coffee and chocolate. Good texture and a medium pluss body. More please :-)

Cloudy deep golden colour with a small off white head. A fine citric hoppy aroma. Also some grape. Full body. Nice lovely citric/grape hoppy falvour with a fine well balanced malt background. Yummi.

On tap @ Christianssand Brygghus. Dark amber body with a small, dense tan head. Aroma of roasted malt, chocolate and coffee. Flavor is sweet, roasted malt, chocolate, coffee and decent bitterness. Fine body with a nice roasted and fruity aftertaste. A nice and smooth classic porter.

On tap @ Christianssand Brygghus. This is the second IPA batch made with a minor adjustment of the recipe. The hop profile is a bit changed and I actually prefer this version. Hazy deep golden body with a moderate sized off-white head. Really nice aroma of citric fruit, specially grapefruit, a bit of red berries as well, malt and caramel. Flavor is sweet malty, fruity as in aroma and light caramel with balanced bitterness. Super smooth with a sharp bitterness towards the aftertaste. Really quaffable.

On tap @ Christianssand Brygghus. A hazy orange body with a nice, dense white head. Aroma is fruity, yeast, light citric hops and spicy with a hint of malt and flowers. Flavor is quite light with some subtle complexity of spices, yeast, fruit and a moderate but pleasant bitterness. Medium body with a really nice aftertaste, spicy farmhouse complexity and a hint of pepper further down the throat. A nice sample of a Belgium style Saison.
