On tap @ the brewpub. Murky dark orange body with a rather small, lacing off-white head. Strong and nice aroma of citric hops, pine, ripe pineapple, caramel malt and a little hint of blackcurrant. Flavor is quite sweet malty with lots of citric fruits and a fair dose of fruity bitterness. A fine body with a long aftertaste that leaves you with a feeling of both bitterness and sweetness in the mouth. A nice and tasty IPA with much more than just the hop flavor on a light caramel malt base. It actually becomes a bit too sweet after the second pint IMO, but why stick to the same beer all night?

On tap at the brewpub. It’s a clear, auburn beer beer, topped by a dense, light beige head. Roasted, nutty nose with a light roasted touch. Some dried fruits too. Maybe a tad on the sweet side, like several other of the beers from this brewery, but it’s pleasant anyway. Roasted malts, nuts, some coffee and roasted malts. A pleasant bitterness chimes in towards the end. Full to medium body, soft on the palate. Yet another easy drinkable one from this brewery. 120906

On tap at the brewpub. It’s an unclear, dark golden to amber beer. A creamy, finger-thick off-white to beige head sits on top, leaving great lacings as I drink. The aroma is beautiful, with lots of fruitiness from peaches, citrus, pine cones and a touch of watermelon. A little maltiness in the back. A pleasant bitterness in the flavour, along with the sane fruity flavors found in the aroma. Biscuity malts as a backdrop. Full body, super smooth, and pleasantly carbonated. Fruity, bitter finish with some sweetish maltiness. Maybe a bit on the sweet side, but it’s a really fine beer. Certainly one to get shit-faced on, or just have a few of. 120906

On tap at the brewpub. It pours an unclear, orangey golden body and a dense, off-white head. It’s quite sugary on the nose, but with enough fruitiness and piney aromas to prevent it from being too much. Full body, soft but sure present carbonation, and some warmth. Lots of piney, citrusy and generic fruitiness. Sweet maltiness in the back. Lasting bitterness in the finish. A bit on the sweet side maybe, but a nice beer anyway. 120906
