On tap at the brewpub. It’s a hazy dark orange to golden beer with a dense, creamy finger-thick off-white head that lasts. Curtains too. The aroma has a butterscotch-like touch, with pine cones, citrus peel and a malty touch. It’s rather bitter on the palate, slightly sweet, and with a pleasant carbonation level. Pine cones and a good dash of citrus peel too. Lasting finish with the bitterness dominating. Except for the butterscotch, it’s a really fine beer. As it is now, it’s still nice, but nothing more. 130906

Peaches, oranges, some pine cones and a little malty touch. There’s some sweetness on the palate, with more than enough bitterness to deal with it. Oranges, peaches and some pine cones too. Full body, with a nice carbonation level. Bitter and fruity finish. Won’t mind drinking more of this. 130906

God duft av malt, lys gyllen farge, lite skum lite smak, en noe søt smak. greit øl i varme sommerdager, men ikke noe favoritt hos meg.
